In the retail real estate sector, we offer the following property: street shops, supermarkets, shopping centers, grocery stores, branded outlets, etc. Many of these properties are related to world-famous tenants and are in strategic locations around the world with a steady-state economy.

Due to the high demand for retail spaces with reliable tenants, owners of such real estate properties can significantly increase their income. We work with buyers and financial institutions to raise loans. Retails goods and services are increasingly consumed, thus the demand for real estate in this sector is growing. Rental income ranges from 5% to 9% per annum, while return on investment is up to 14% per annum (in case of bank financing).

  • We are oriented to reliable tenants providing a long rental period (10/15/20 years with possible lease extension) and increasing the rent in accordance with inflation;
  • We are focused on retail real estate in the most economically developed European countries and focused on locations with a potential rent increase and capital appreciation;
  • Comprehensive ‘turnkey investments’: real estate management is provided by the Management Company, it is not required from the investor to get directly involved in accounting or tax issues (the Management Company will handle these issues on your behalf).
